About Us

Quality residential property management in California’s Central Valley has been somewhat elusive until I made the decision to get into this niche market with the hopes of making a profound difference. My experience with rental property dates back to the mid seventies when I helped my father with his rental property in downtown Chicago, Illinois. I found it extremely interesting taking an unoccupied unit, giving it a thorough rehab, and then seeing the looks on the potential renters’ faces who admired the uniqueness of the units we had to offer.

Since then I have had an increasing desire to start my own company and work at something that brings value to an ever-fluctuating real estate market. My journey began back in 1998. I enrolled in a two-year college and graduated from De Anza College in Cupertino, California, with an A.A. in Business Administration, cum laude, and then proceeded to a four-year university where I graduated with a B.S. degree in Marketing from California State University Hayward.

Knowing where my career was supposed to go, I went to work for a Community Association Management company as an assistant manager, quickly moving up the ranks and becoming a Certified Community Association Manager with the designation CCAM. As my desire to progress increased, so did my success as an association manager. After 6 years as an association manager working for another company I made the decision to set my dream in motion.

Starting with one home that was my own rental and with one more actual paying client, I was off and running. That was how Redding Property Management came into existence. We now strive to provide quality professional residential management Modesto, California and the surrounding area. Redding Property Management’s ultimate goal is developing, building, and retaining relationships with investment property owners, quality tenants in order to provide the best quality management experience possible.
